This Subscription Services Agreement ("Agreement") shall be read together with the Terms of Service and forms a binding agreement between you and GoComics ("we", "us", "our").
By using or purchasing any subscription through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the subscription services.
1.1 Paid Services
Access to certain features or content may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycle, will be displayed to you at the time of purchase.
1.2 Pricing
We reserve the right to set and adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions during the current billing period.
We may offer different pricing or promotional offers from time to time, which may vary by user, region, or platform.
1.3 Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing for the selected subscription period (e.g., weekly or yearly), unless cancelled before renewal.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
1.4 Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through third-party platforms or payment providers (such as Apple App Store or Google Play, or other supported payment methods depending on your region).
All payment handling is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
We do not store full payment credentials.
BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING DATE.
Renewal will occur at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period, except where required by applicable law or the relevant platform provider's policies.
You may cancel your subscription through your platform account settings:
If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully completed.
You are responsible for ensuring valid and sufficient payment availability through your chosen payment method or provider.
We may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. Changes will not affect your current active billing period but will apply upon renewal.
We may also offer promotional pricing or limited-time offers, which may not apply to all users.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to subscription content or features and may modify or discontinue content at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
